New Semerster, New Journey, New Year

December 2014 is the end of my first semester as a new student of the University of Indonesia (UI). I thought before, any new semester in college would be sort of  stressful ordeal a student could face. It was true to some extent, yet I still found it enjoyable.

I missed, however, the luxury time of being able to write a lot, but at least here are some interesting moments that I managed to take note (and pics) as my milestones

In a world where we remain dependent on our trusty electronics, it is worrying to think what would happen if there were no energy source to power them all. Natural resources are finite, so if we keep using them at our current rate, they will run out; this is where renewable energy comes in.

I remember the first time I picked up an issue of Speak! Magazine. It was the magazine’s first edition, featuring Indonesian racer Rio Haryanto on the cover. I was truly inspired by Rio’s story; this journey to the top was nit easy, yet he managed  to become a world class racer at the age of 19. The next edition had Gita Gutawa as a cover girl. Her achievements are just as impressive –she had sold more than half a million solo album before she even hit 16.
